Shipping Information:

At Coastal Scrubs, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you promptly and safely. Here's a breakdown of our shipping options:

  • Super Rush: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking an additional 3-5 business days. An $18 upcharge applies for the entire order.
  • Rush: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, with delivery taking an additional 4-7 business days. A $8 upcharge applies for the entire order.
  • Regular: Orders are processed within 1-7 business days, and delivery takes 4-7 business days.

Please note: Custom orders, including embroidered, altered, screen-printed, or personalized items, may take 1-5 additional business days for processing.

For Super Rush and Rush deliveries, orders under $200 follow the time frames above. For orders over $200, delivery times may be longer than expected.

Larger orders may require up to 20-30 business days for delivery, depending on their size.

International Shipping: Customers outside the USA, please refer to the "International Shipping Rates" icon on our website for specific information.

For Rush and Super Rush orders, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address to avoid delays.

Please remember that delivery times are estimates, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to assist with exchanges or returns for any reason, including if the color isn't quite right, or if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Here's what you need to know:

To request an exchange or return, please email us at info@coastalscrubs.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

Return Policy:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees:

  • There is a $3.50 restocking fee for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
  • For USA orders, freight charges will be deducted at 25% of the order total or $6.99, whichever is greater.
  • For international orders, freight charges will be deducted at 35% of the order total or $17, whichever is greater.

Custom Orders: Please note, embroidered, screen-printed, altered, or personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. In the event of an error on our part, we will send the corrected item at no extra cost within the USA.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available, but please note that items from different categories (e.g., scrub tops to scrub pants) cannot be exchanged. Once your returned items are processed, we will ship your exchange. We do not offer exchanges on international orders due to the complexity of shipping and customs.

Return Processing Times: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process it within a few days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Order Cancellations: We understand that sometimes you need to make changes to your order. To cancel an order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled with a 10% cancellation fee (minimum $5.00) if they haven’t been processed yet. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes that may apply.

Please Note:

  • Clearance, closeout, or final markdown items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We recommend purchasing a small quantity first to ensure the right size and color before placing a larger order.
  • For website, Amazon, and Walmart orders, please be aware that these are fulfilled through third parties and are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
